Lyrics

THE TREE MOVES

See, outside. The tree moves between the wind and the garden.

It speaks of how, in time, our eyes met.

WHERE IT SEEKS TO UNTIE

As I see the world untie dead roots from its base, do they shy away from her?

As I see the world untie soft soil, unhinged and frayed, birds take these very same roots up high.

These are the dreams some will pine for.

IN EVERY SPACE

I saw the notes fall into the ground beneath me.

The wind told me how to wait for what you see in a space.

The strings unwrap themselves out of the container of time.

Wait for.

DEAD ROOTS

Instrumental piece (No lyrics)

WATCH AS IT BECOMES

A bird calls and it tells me,

“What took you so long? I’ve found a way of being”

I sigh, and think on her words,

“What took you so long? I’ve found a way of being whole. But by speaking it dies”

AS SOFTENED SMILES

In that moment of contemplation, a deep release emerges.

Or was that a tightly wound grip?

What’s for sure, is these eyes drift, ebb and flow..

..back to that moment of contemplation,

where a deep release emerges.

Or was that a tightly wound grip?

What’s for sure, is these eyes drift, ebb and flow..

..in a dream of a friend once fond, now old, smiling back with a grin ten fold he told..

“Sleep free and peacefully.”

I go.

SLOWLY AND PRESENTLY

Instrumental piece (No lyrics)

NEITHER HERE NOR THERE

See through the eyes of an empty shell that takes its time holding on to what’s truly lost inside.

Waves swept it in, words brought it back to the mind where it said over again,

“I must remind, take your place for a time.”

And will I know why?

WITHIN THE STILLNESS OF INFINITY

Mind, substance, motion.

Breath is born.

Reach for the space it lost.

A to and fro, an ebb and flow.

I Am, God Is, the universe exists.

Life, change, creation.

The pink sky emerges.

You see? You wish to go on.

A mighty blow, the will to know.

In a field full of light, you may see your past.

Swaying heads look to the world reaching for what is theirs.
